I weighed myself yesterday at 176 (4 lbs down...yay!) however, I don't really think it was true weight loss. I had gone to a bridal shower and bachelorette party the night before and drank A LOT. I think the next day I was super dehydrated, which is probably what I can credit my weight loss to. Even though I consumed a lot of alcohol, I don't think I did TOO bad in the food department (could have been worse) and I danced and danced and danced!
I'm not even going to attempt to log my food from the weekend, the food items were much too random (e.g. someone's homemade quiche, fried brussel sprouts, pickled pineapple, etc.). Getting back on track today.
