I have gained 12 pounds in the last 3 months and most of it is belly fat. Because of my age, I am concerned with heart problems as a result of where I am gaining my weight. I don't particularly like food but have recently changed jobs and I seem to be nibbling all day long (eating the wrong things). This is the first program I have seen that I actually might be able to accomplish. My son uses it all the time, my husband has used it for a week now, and my walking friend and I are going to start using it.
