So over the memorial day weekend I gained almost all my weight back ( it shot back up to 169) so I avioded the scale and this website because it just made me feel so hopeless. So this week I buckled down and went to it. Now I am back down and actually at 163. Staying off the scale has helped but I still feel myeslf tempted byt the oh so delicious food ot there. I try to eat salad at dinner to fill myself up so I don't go back for seconds or dessert. I usually get myself out of it by thinking about the letuce in the bag and how some of it looks bad or its been in there too long and it actually is bad. To rememdy this I bought a head of lettuce and guess what it lasts longer and tastes better! Aby one else hae a hard time with the temptations?? ( My big prob is cheese and cheese burgers!!)

temptations are always staring me in the face during the summer, especially on holidays and random BBQs. I like that you bought the head of lettuce, and yes, they do last longer! put more and more water in ur diet too. you'll definitely feel fuller! :)

I try the more water but ugh I get so sick of it. I try the crystal lite and it gives me a tummy ache or I just don't like the flavor. I drink diet sierra mist all the time ( I was a soda junkie but can't have the caffeine or the cals/sugar) but that doesn't count. I will try more water!

besides more water, fill up on fiber-filled foods...vitalicious vitamuffins & vitatops are amazing, and fiber one products. go to www.hungry-girl.com to get some more good ideas. she's great!

what helps my sweet tooth and is less than 200 calories is publix light fat free yogurt mixed with a couple of strawberries (or what ever berries you like), half a banana and some ground flax seed. I've noticed that if i have it for breakfast, i'm fuller longer and it makes me feel like i've cheated so i don't crave at night.
