Pink, It look's like you are eating some great healthy stuff and your exercise is right on! Have you ever thought about throwing out the bad stuff, like the cookies? Cookie's are too much temptation for me. Do you like fruit? I keep a bowl of oranges or apples on my kitchen counter near the fridge, along with banana's. Also I have a large jar of cashew's in my fridge. I read an article that if you keep healthy in site and hide the sweet's, a person is more likely to choose the healthy. It's just the small changes that can make a huge impact. Today is a new day. What choice will you make?

Thank you JJ.....yes I try to live by those guide lines!!!!! I was doing fairly well until recently. My son was recently engaged. The engagement party is the 13th. They want to have A Ugly Christmas Sweater Party. They have asked for Christmas cookies and the such. SOOOOOO......there is my problem. Have all the intentions in the world to make and take these goodies/crap to the party. Just some/alot of it has been falling in my mouth lately! :( Bad day at work today = Stress = food. :( I want to do better. 3 pm is a very difficult time of the day for me!

Pink, I'm sorry to read that you are under a lot of work related stress. I guess I literally put my foot in it. I hope you can forgive me. On much lighter note, Congratulations on your son's recent engagement! That is great news and definitely a time for big celebration!!! I have faith that you will find a way to beat those 3 p.m. craving's in time, you are already are doing a great job by acknowledging that you have them and wanting to change. It take's time, and it has to be in your time. I hope your work day is a little less stressful. Truly, J.J.
