So I'm 14 weeks pregnant today, and while I've continued to lose weight, it hasn't been intentional these last couples months. I'm not really following Atkins anymore--- still staying lower carb and avoiding breads, pasta, etc. for the most part, but I have allowed occasional cheats on that, and most importantly, I've been eating fruit daily. I've read a lot about ketosis being bad for fetal development.

I've also read that it's good for obese people like myself to not gain weight, and even lose a modest bit during pregnancy, however, so I'm still trying to stick to my modified diet. Hopefully I can finish this (our first) pregnancy a bit ahead of the game, and get some momentum for afterwards when my real weight loss journey begins again!!

Goals: get back into charting, and exercise more. The latter has been notably difficult since we conceived...
