Day 6 on atkins plan. Went over my carbs yesterday because I wasn't ready to give up ketchup. I am now. I was at 36 grams at the end of the day and was hoping to stay between 25-30. But I did have an awful lot of veggies.
Last night I tried two new things. One was radish home fries. They were really good except that I did not get them browned enough. The other was that I tried using a portabella mushroom as the bottom bun of my burger. Messy but tasty.
Today I would like to start working out again. I'm at least going for a walk or bike ride with this beautiful weather. But I could do a few reps as well with the weights.
