I hate wireless scales that don't update correctly... I thought I was holding at 227, nope. I got the 1% surprise when I reset today.
a year of change, a year of,gains.,, weight gains that is.
Job end. new job busy, cycling accident, and nose surgery... 6 months of no routine.
note to self: routines matter.
230.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
