:( Struggling to loose weight and to get motivated! Anyone have meal plans or advice. I know to use the calorie counter and I use map my walk. I am depressed about the whole mess. I keep struggling between 217 and 213. I want to get to 180 eventually but my immediate goal is 199 pre pregnancy weight. I need to drink more water! Anyone else lost the desire to drink water? Of course I have to start walking ASAP. Most days I want to give up and say so what I am always going to be fat. Other days I have plans with no follow through. I have two new babies and I know I have to be healthy for them as well as myself.
