BEST day so far. I ate really well today and I finally got my exercise off the ground I went to a dance class and then the instructor asked me to stay for the advanced class. I danced for 2 and a half hours and instead of taking the bus to the studio. I power walked there and back. I felt great, and I had immense amounts of energy. However, now that I have wined down, I am exhausted. So good night everyone and good job!
