I just ran my numbers. In 8 weeks on Atkins:

I've lost 17.6 pounds of fat!
I've lost 9.4% body fat (34.7% down to 25.3%).
I've lost over 18 inches.
I've gained 5 pounds of lean muscle mass.
I've gone from a tight size 10 to a size 2 (sometimes 4) pants.
I'm at the smallest measurements I've ever been in my life.

Yay Atkins!! :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 April 2011:
1895 kcal Fat: 122.99g | Prot: 137.09g | Carb: 55.39g.   Breakfast: eating right waffles, adams peanut butter, darigold butter, egg, Original Sausage Patty, Coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream. Lunch: bak'n pork skin, chicken drumstick. Dinner: organics low-fat milk, bak'n pork skin, pork loin. Snacks/Other: cauliflower, green beans, garlic. more...

you have had great success with this! kudos! which phase are you in? I didn't keep track of it that much, just weight and bf%. and now it's all skewed because of P90X anyway. today is the end of 4 weeks - will post those numbers later.

I think I'm in Phase 3. I put Phase 4 for a while, but then I figured out I was still losing, and I'm okay with that, so I switched back to 3. I do P90X, too, though it's a modified version. ;)

You rock lady.With my body build I have NEVER worn anything smaller than a 10, that was in high school,with NO shape at all.At my age,I don't think about size,only health.

Is Phase 3 premaintenance? at this point, it probably doesn't really matter as long as you are still getting results and you know what works for your body! and you seem to!

3 is Premaintenance, but the lines get really blurry at that point. I just decided to keep it at 3 because I think I might actually have a chance to get to the point where I could do a Figure Competition. It's very exciting - I was never able to lose this much fat before, and I did Clean Eating and did weight lifting for a very long time! :) I'm hoping to lose 3 more inches off my waist and 3 more off my hips - we'll see...
