REM, that's Stouffer's Classic Mac & Cheese... Sooooo good! And much higher in protein than the On-Cor version. Better cheese might be the reason? 🧀🤔

Magus, thanks! Can't take all the credit though... Some may disagree, but I maintain, it's just math. CICO works for me! Haven't thrown in any excercise but no doubt ANY activity in my life helps, no matter how small it is. I don't have a use for fads or gimmicks. Sticking with "Plan A"! ⚖️📉👍😊
