4 oz’s down 4 oz’s up. I weigh myself daily. I’m finding it discouraging. It is such a habit and hard to quit.

I only weigh myself weekly. Every Friday morning as soon as I get up. I've been doing that for the last 10 years since I started using FatSecret. There are too many other factors, such as water and food retention to see a difference in your daily weight. Just weigh yourself once before you go to bed, and then after you wake up in the morning. Then you'll see how big that difference can be

I just posted this above, I do the same thing. I'm afraid if I don't that .8 pounds will turn into 2-3 pounds before I know it.

I do the same thing too. I’ll weigh myself first thing in the morning, after using the potty of course. I do notice that if I drink a liter of water in the AM then weigh myself again that I’ll gain 0.2 lbs. Lol. I try not to get to hung up on my daily weight but instead I’ll take a 7 day average and see if the weight is moving in the direction that I want it to go. Slow and steady always is much better for your physical and mental health imho 👍
