I spend the weekend in bed with this violent stomach flu that's been going around. It was incredibly frustrating to have the rare 70 degree weekend here, having plans to bike/hike, and lose out on all of it. My silver lining is the rapid, albeit unhealthy, weight-drop. I'm using it as my only silver lining here. hoping to reset this week and do well. Thank you everyone for the continued support.
189.5 lb Lost so far: 113.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
