Morning of 2nd day of sugar cutbacks!

Feeling:
-Lighter
-More awake
-Relaxed

Wow, it actually feels different just by eating very little sugar in 1 day.
Got to control my sugar addiction, and so far its working out pretty well :)!

My mom made a sweet soup made out of red, green, and kidney beans, and a lot of sticks of brown sugar. I had the tendency urge to drink some at 12am but I looked to left of it and saw my vegetable-tofu-pork soup looking back at me. It made me remember that I shouldn't be drinking the pure sugary soup, none-the-less have something at 12am before bed.
