Yesterday I consumed 1347 calories (not including pasta sauce...need to add that tonight because I forgot) and exercised for an estimated 430 calories.
1607-430 = 1177 calories!!!! YAY!!! I stayed under 1200 which is my low end...1400 being the high end! :-)
