So physical therapy was this morn. It's getting easier (even though some specific exercises hurt a bit) and I'm hoping that's a good sign. :) Bicycling helps my knees...it's not nearly as painful as distance walking (which I love) so I like that. Also, my cortisone shot is kicking in (going on 3 weeks but I knew it would take awhile) so that helps me stay more active too. Today I wasn't that hungry at all. I'm to the point now that I can turn down things I love to eat (that aren't necessarily good for me) pretty easily because I don't want to wreck my progress so that's cool. Weigh in prob. later this week. Thanks to all who support and encourage me. :)
