Slept hrs last night.

Knee not as sore today, but did not do any walking outdoors and not to much activity indoors either. I can hear and feel clicking as I use pedal exerciser.

I am taking the rest of the "No Sugar Protein peanut butter cups" to my parents home tomorrow as I cannot be trusted to eat only 1 per day as a treat. I cannot be trusted with them in my home, as they are just too tasty.
283.8 lb Lost so far: 62.2 lb.    Still to go: 137.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
