I guess I did figure out how to change the weight. It's nice to see the chart move!
Today I also figured out how to document how much water I drink. It serves as a good reminder when I'm busy and forget to drink water.
Comment on 10/28 class: I use lots of fresh herbs and lots of garlic. I wonder if I should be documenting these items as well? I did learn some good stuff.
* Breakfast was a 9 am. Sugar this morning was 102 (no insulin last night:-)
