And here goes another week. I currently weigh 95kg. I eat like an animal. I weighed 98,5kg, then 92,5kg and now 95kg.
I eat without not knowing. I buy healthy food without cooking or making it. I waste my money like I earn millions. Losing track of what I'm doing each day. :(
I told my sister I'd lose 3kg before her birthday. That's a reasonable goal, right? Her birthday is end of November. Four weeks and then weigh in!
