I think I'm working to much. Or to hard. I have had some lower back pain lately. I can't tell if it is a muscle ache or a pinched nerve, but its pretty bad. Plus I have a cold, or allergies or something. Everytime I cough or sneeze, hurts my back. Incredibly annoying. I hope I can figure out whatever it is soon so I can jump back in to my activities!

O that sucks! What a way to put a downer on the working out. Get that humidifier up and layer on the vicks! I hope you feel better soon!
