I made my weight target! I ran a 21 km race this morning for the first time in ages so water weight is probably a big factor but it has taken me a year and a half to get here. I feel great.
Had to do an unexpected presentation this week to hundreds of people at work which was very stressful but I did not have to worry about how I look. I'm so thankful I started this journey in 2020 and that I did not rush it. Slow and steady weight loss is more sustainable because we change our lifestyles.
