Back-dated to Feb 9, 2022 (Wednesday) Slept 6.6hrs last night. Resting BP 122/74 95 irregular pulse. 276.8 lbs Nap on Wed afternoon & evening for 4.3hrs. Asleep 300pm & awake 718pm. I do not know why I was so tired, but I had to go to bed. I was very hungry when I woke though.
