back to overeating. Have to fight harder. Have some integrity with myself.
143.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.7 lb a week

It is hard to stay on track sometimes. I have been struggling a bit too. What would help you get back on track. Are you journaling every day? Keeping track of ALL you eat? Getting some exercise in? What worked for you before. Maybe sit down and make a list of why you want to lose your weight? Actually that is something I am going to do. Good luck, you and I can do this.

I did that the past few days.. Like since friday.. Just get back on track.. And get back into the flow of things.. you can do it.. PROMISE
