Had to cut down on my cardio plan today - my ankles have been giving me some grief lately. :( Well, I'll do something else. Tomorrow is a 10km hike carrying 40lbs on my back. Should be a good one, I'm actually looking forward to it. The weather should be great and it's Friday tomorrow! Looking forward to the rest of my day...

i think today would be a great day for some rest on those ankles, especially with that workout tomorrow! :)

Too true. I have lots of support in my boots for my ankles so that's good. It only hurts when I'm running, walking is fine. Wish me luck tomorrow! Hope I don't get too many blisters!
