woke up today the same as when i went to bed didn't go to gym on Wednesday as it is my day off from lifting .
as it is Thursday ill be going to gym to work out my triceps and legs this is always a hard day as ill be upping the weight on squat machine to 500 pounds plus my own body weight. and i think ill hit gym tonight for some cardio on the elliptical because i am not going to work tonight . have a feeling weight might go up a tick today good thing i got the weight in done early .
have today and tomorrow 2 more days to get below 290 pounds .
