No need for judgment here. I eat like an asshole all the time without any emotional stuff going on. You stumbled, you got up, you're back on the road. You have come so far down this road. You know what you need to do. You're a winner, you're not a quitter. Food is such a hard one, it's not like quitting smoking. Your body needs food, food is not 7 dollars a pack, you are inundated with messages about unhealthy food being acceptable, at every turn you are faced with delicious but problematic food. You navigate this minefield every day. You got this.

You are so hard on yourself 😢 You’re doing fantastically well; one meal (or one weekend) is not going to undo all that hard-won progress. You’re back on track after your little break, that’s the ticket!
