got up to go to work today and my shins are killing me . i haven't had shin splints in years i forgot how much it hurts i still intend to use the treadmill today .
well i used the treadmill and started out a little to fast but slowed it down pushed through the pain and burn and managed to get in my 3 plus miles . since i had to lower the weight setting i still wanted to keep the calories burned high so i set the incline to 1 degree so it wasn't as big a loss as i had feared . definitely feel like i want to sleep this whole day away and weigh in . just woke up as i have been asleep from 11am till 10:20 pm and have gotten down to the 290's my ultra short term goal is to be in the 289.999999 by the time i get back to work in 3 days .
i have to give props to my darling wife for making my lunch every day so i can take it to work . there is nothing better then a supportive and loving spouse .
