Went to the doctor on Monday for a follow up appointment. Both the nurse that weighed me in and my doctor noticed the difference in my weight. It felt great. A big change from when I first visited the doctor's office in 2006 and didn't go back for a year because I needed to loose weight and get a handle on my health issues. I'm now 12 pounds within my goal weight of 160 pounds. I have Anda to thank for a great deal of it; she keeps me honest about my eating habits and gives me workouts that kick my butt.
