Broke my rule yesterday of eating my last meal of the day by 5:00, plus it was a big, juicy hot dog with kraut. In the last year and 1/2 I have come to fully understand and appreciate the rules of engagement in this quest to remain thin. There are foods and times of the day I can not eat and not gain weight. For me, the center of weight control is between my ears and if that is screwed up my body responds in a not so positive direction. Today is another chance to get it right...stay true all!

Well it looks like you ar emaintaining well. Just don't forget to allow yourself to enjoy things sometimes. If the scale goes up a couple of pounds, you just take it off right away. Look at all those people on the Titanic who wished they had that dessert, lol!
