It's easy. I've been on for a little over a week and as long as you enter everything you eat and do for exercise, you'll be healthier before you know it.

I've been away for a while. I actually got down to 157 lbs, but had an extremely stressful two weeks and am now 160, I think. One of my cats died. I'm in a class really above my head which is stressful even if the teacher is nice and it's not for credit. We had a miserable heat wave.
Now I want to get back into losing weight and eating well. I'm glad I have this place to come!
