Rockin time at the gym last night! I had so much fun. 3 hours seemed like 5 mins...Worked up a sweat and kept the heart rate up. I did 400 bicycle crunches, 180 sit ups, 70 squats and the Bike then the treadmill and then the bike again. It was a blast and hurt good!
I was introduced to a new workout schedule . It totally challenged my endurance...Hip-hip!
BTW I am down 24 oz of water and it is only 8:30 am...
the goal is 72 oz

Haha is that what she is telling everyone? That Bad...Andee is one of the greatest gifts that I have been given during this journey. Having a GB made a difference in my weight loss journey.
