That’s amazing Heather! I have personally found that I can’t outrun a bad diet. I do find that my stamina, endurance and mental health is much better when I’m being more active. However, unless I’m careful with my diet I don’t lose weight x

The only way to loose weight is to be in a calorie deficit. So if your consuming more calories than your using , you will not loose weight. Walking is great exercise and is very good for you physically and mentally.

Be in calorie deficit. That's the only way it works

Change an odd thing or two every now and then. It could just be changing to black coffee or even just taking out the sugar to start with. That should help.

Exercise is for fitness so all that walking is good for you. As you say, calories for weight management. And weight training for shape/strength. We all need a combination of them all. 😀
