This weigh came in both as a disappointment and relief!
disappointed because my weekend weight in normally are a bit lower than my in week.
relief because it's not higher, especially since last night I just had a binge night on peanuts. I'm so tightly controlled 99% of the time that every now and then I need a healthy crack. so cracking on peanuts is not the worst in the world - nice high fat and low carb.
my stomach is still feeling very uncomfortable and I'm not really sure why it is...
well let's see what tomorrow brings...
