Today is another Fasting day, I am skipping the Fat Bomb this time too, we will see how my energy level maintains. My last meal was at 8 last night, so we break fast around 8 tonight. So far, so good.
Update: I still only suffered slight hunger pangs around 4pm, had no noticeable energy dips. Took Mom to the grocery again after work. supper for me was at 8, then I did some household chores. I am actually still going, just sat down here at 12:20 pm to log my dinner. I did not binge but I did eat a larger meal than I have been having. Hubby came in at 11 and I cooked him supper and I did not have the urge to steal a bite of his tater-tots :)
Off to bed now, my day starts at 4am tomorrow, so I had better sleep fast!
