Just a short update. As usual, I am experiencing a post-weight loss hungry day. I just had my normal portion of old-fashioned oatmeal with raisins, and I added a banana for bulk because I woke up starving. I'm still hungry.

Plus TOM showed up yesterday afternoon. I think I'm about to begin the blood sugar roller coaster. I'm going to drink a ton of water today to see if that helps.

I always drink lots of unsweetened tea when I'm hungry, try it. Have a great Friday :-)

try adding flaxseed to your oatmeal

We're in the same boat this morning, I'm hungry too, in my case probably because I ate more than I should have last night and too many carbs. Let's hang in there though....going now to have some hot tea and refill my water jug. :)

I'm always STARVING around that time too....drink drink drink...it'll calm the cravings!
