My Sweetie and I began a Kaiser 10-week Weight Management health education course last night.

We are officially back on the wagon. Been feeling crappy for the past two months and diagnosed as diabetic. Frick.

So, back here at Fatsecret for support and documentation of our attempt to let go of bad eating/exercise habits and incorporating good ones.
