Small gain, but I'm ok with that. The BF was essentially the same. Also, I was sick and it was TOM and I started P90X which always results in a little gain due to additional muscle while losing a little fat at the same time. And not to be gross or anything, but I'm not exactly as regular as I typically am. I'm looking for next weigh in to be different.
