Another 0.6 lbs down, another 0.6 lbs I don't have to schlep 13.1 miles two weeks from now (Can you believe it's only 2 weeks away?!?!)! That's a big victory in my eyes! I don't really have much weight left to lose, so that's quite a significant loss for me. I've increased my calories this past week and I still lost weight, so I'll probably end up increasing my calories again. Right now, my body could use the extra fuel for running! I found it rather amusing that the pedometer feature on my Argus app on my iPhone says I've completed over 20,000 steps before 3:45pm today!! I guess I'm a busy lady and could use the extra fuel! Hope you're all having a marvelous day, Folks! It's time for me to make dinner! Yum!
