Weight has been steadily increasing the past 4 days. Normal fluctuation I have no problems with but this is getting discouraging. Starting to question whether or not I should increase my calories again, any thoughts on how long I should take this before going back to what I was doing? Maybe one week or two?

You may want to weigh yourself once a week to avoid water weight fluctuations. That's the recommendation from authorities.

Yeah I would hold out for a week at least. In the big picture four days isn't a big deal. It could be a number of things like water retention, etc.
Nice username by the way, The Cure?

Water weight is so frustrating! But you have to remember it is just water. Take as much time as needed. Getting healthier, you're giving yourself more time to live anyway. :)

Haha yes The Cure! I use it for my name everywhere online and surprisingly you are the first one to know where it is from.
I usually weight myself am daily because I like to watch the fluctuations, usually it doesn't bithere me but this time it started right when I changed my calorie intake, I think I am just being paranoid. Thank you for the support! Big picture still looks good!
