Good morning! Feeling great today, I think my energy levels have returned to normal after the long weekend of travel and lost sleep. My mind is clear and focused, I always wonder if there is a mental fog created by carbs because I had this mental clarity when I did Atkins the first time and it did not remain with me after I returned to my old (bad) eating habits.
Mom has been doing some reading since our blow up, I think she might be reaching an open mind point soon :)
