This is a very good website for learning about wellness/health/diet /nutrition related issues. Very useful for people who have very little baseline knowledge. The info is out there. You just have to decide that you want it. Health maintenance is not a see one, do one, teach one..it is a lifelong endeavor. Are you up for it.
