I got below 180lbs and have started working out at the YMCA! I went there two days in a row.

Day 1: I got on the tread mill and walked for 15 minutes; I got on the stationary bike and pedaled for 15 minutes.

Day 2 I got on the stationary bike and pedaled for 15 minutes and then I did the butterfly machine 25lbs 2 sets of 10 reps.
179.1 lb Lost so far: 28.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

I have ADD so I get bored and distracted when on cardio machines so I often switch machines after 10-15 minutes. Good job for going to gym!👍👍
