Meh - motivation comes and goes. Still trying to think positive, though. Since paying more attention to my diet, I am definitely feeling better and lighter. Losing is so much harder than gaining! LOL
126.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
