Got on the scale this morning and YAHOO!!! I am in Onederland! I feel really good. I did just a bit of walking yesterday, but then last night while watching Survivor, I did 20 minutes on the bike, starting at level 1 and at times pushing up to level 4, which is really good for me. I think if I can continue doing the bike at least two or three times a week, this will be a very good exercise for me. It's a Schwinn recumbent exercycle that we got at Sears, about $500. Very good investment, one of the best of the less expensive bikes on the market.
