I know we don't all have the same weather right now, but here in East Tennesssee it is absolutely irresistible outside. I'm in heaven. I love it like a fat kid loves cake!! Not only does warm weather make me giddy, but it makes me more focused. It's warm enough to wear tank tops and shorts. My weight loss has slowed a little, as expected, but I'm so determined not to let it go back up. It's mind over matter. When I want to cheat, I immediately find something else to do. If I'm tempted at home, I'll get up and go do some housework. If I'm tempted at a restaurant, I'll get up and walk outside for a second or just walk to the bathroom. Whatever I have to do to remove myself from the situation and not think about it until the "fever" has passed. I feel so good today! Lifting weights has put definition back in my arms, shoulders, and legs, and it's so fun to see. I hope everyone is having fun being healthier!
