Struggle to get 50-60g of protein a day? How about 230 gr (1g of protein for 1 lbs of body weight). Lol.

Cottage cheese is something we are used to eat in Eastern Europe. I’m not sure how would anybody not used to have it from childhood taste it. However, it’s a lot of protein with almost 0 fats and carbs. 0.5-1g of protein per lbs is recommendation I have been noticing across several science based people I follow.
