Good work everyone! I’m being super diligent about tracking calories. The weight is coming off with the attention to eating only the foods that fit my plan. I started eating carb control wraps. They may be a game changer 😜

LTE, I too use low carb tortillas. The game changer for me are Mission plant based protein tortillas. 70 cals,3 gs fat,12 gs fiber,15 gs carbs ( so only 3 net carbs) and 7 gs protein! They taste good too!

I’m doing the Don Ponchó wraps. More carbs, but more fiber! Supplies more energy for my workouts and the fiber I usually miss out on.
