Okay! It's been a while since I've been on fatsecret but I've working out and eating good.
Back in January I had a scare with high blood pressure but ever since January I've been running and lifting weights 4+ times/week. I've lost ~6 lbs so far, added muscle and I am running a consistent 8min mile.
In a week and a half I will be running my first 10K and my goal is to finish it in under 55 minutes. Already have a plan to run a half marathon sometime in mid/late July.
I am still working on the mix of P90x weight training with running schedule. Current plan is the following.
Monday -> Sunday Weights, run, plyo/synergistics, run/soccer & weights, rest, Kempo/Yoga, long run
