Took a short walk this morning. Knee is still sore, I think weight bearing is somewhat stressful. However, the knee held and I made it from the office to the park, across the football field. On the way back I stayed on the south side and walked on grass to get more micro-movement in the joint.
Stretches after walk showed the knee to be somewhat out again, I hope my various stretches and sitting will allow it to go back where it belongs.
I took ibuprofen before leaving the house, and now at my desk have no discomfort, just a certain awareness of the knee.
Afraid to start swimming just yet as my chiropractor advised against it, and he's out of town if I do something stupid. :)
