I'm down 8 lbs!!!!! I'm so excited b/c I've never stuck with anything this long!!! I guess I'm just tired of always being tired, fat, in pain, and everything else associated with being overweight.
At first my motivation was my cruise (May 22-29). But now my motivation is just being healthy. My birthday is at the end of the year and I'd like to be at my goal weight (140) by then. If not, I'll just keep going.
I'm not gonna let anything deter me now. I used to hate logging my food but now it's become 2nd nature. I'm pumped right now!!!! LOL!!!
